Buffalo SCREAMS, The Buffalo International Horror Film Festival officially launched its 2006 season with a new website and a disturbing new poster. Accepting submissions of horror films from around the world, Buffalo SCREAMS will run from April 21 to April 23, 2006 at the Dipson Theaters located in downtown Buffalo, New York.
