Club Dread
Club Dread Review Formula = Super Troopers + Spring Break + Scary Movie
Club Dread is a comedy from the cult favorites who were responsible for the wackiness of Super Troopers. In a spring break style party resort in Costa Rica, wacky disaster strikes as dead bodies start to turn up everywhere.
But there's no need for panic at Club Dread- who could panic while stuck amidst a murderous spree with a bunch of drunk models? Not the gentlemen from Broken Lizard who have the task of staffing the resort/chasing the women/finding the killer. As expected, the hilarity ensues. Fans of Broken Lizard flavor won't be let down by Club Dread.
For those who don't know, Broken Lizard is a five man comedy troop that's been together for a small era. During that time, they've earned the right to append their name to their works just as the familiar National Lampoon and Monty Python.
