The film stars Anne Hathaway as Ella, a girl cursed by a fairy to obey any command. Interestingly, Anne Hathaway was the star of The Princess Diaries, and the film also stars Cary Elwes, that's Wesley of The Princess Bride. In this film, Ella falls in love with a prince.

Basically, Ella Enchanted is a Cinderella story with a little misdirection, magic, and some Lord of the Rings style characters like an ogre and elf thrown in the mix. While nothing can top The Princess Bride, a movie like this hasn't come out in a while, so Box Office Talk might not badmouth it.
