RightsLine Delivers Contract Management, Product Approval and Royalty Accounting Solution to 4Kids Entertainment

RightsLine, Inc. today announced that 4Kids Entertainment, Inc. (NYSE: KDE) has acquired RightsLine’s Enterprise Rights Management solution. 4Kids Entertainment is migrating off of an older contract licensing system that was not dynamic enough for their changing business needs. RightsLine is expected to allow 4Kids to manage all aspects of its licensing business including contracts, workflow, product approvals and royalties in a single, integrated system.
